Facility Use

The School District of Washburn welcomes outside organizations to utilize the school buildings, outside of school hours, to host sign-up events and other activities. To begin this process, please complete the Facilities Request Form below.  

This year, we would like to extend an opportunity for community organizations to host a sign-up event using a table with resources in the school buildings on a few specific dates/times. To begin this process, please complete the Sign-Up Event Form below.  A school district staff member will contact you to confirm approval of your request.  These events include: 

  • Back-to-School Open House on August 27th from 7:30-11:30

  • Middle/High School Parent-Teacher Conferences on February 17th from 4:00-7:30

  • Family Math and Literacy Night at the Elementary School on March 4th from 4:00-6:00
